We have made returns and cancelations easy and straight forward.
Due to their nature and to maintain high levels of hygiene, safety and precautions, Beauty & Personal Care Products and Food/Edible products like tea, etc. cannot be returned. This allows us to maintain the highest level of quality control when stocking and delivering products to our customers. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team for a replacement
All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all parts and accessories. Products must be returned within 7 days from submission of your return/replacement request to be eligible for a refund/replacement. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% of the value of your invoice if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement if the product is used, missing components or accessories, or if the product or packaging is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
